Vjerujem da si se prepoznala u ovim promjenama raspolo\u017eenja. Menstrualni ciklus i njegove faze mogu\u0107e su obja\u0161njenje za to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menstrualni ciklus ima 4 faze:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Folikularna<\/strong>&#8211; traje 7- 10 dana. Razina estrogena je visoka. Osje\u0107amo da imamo energije, otvorene smo za izlaske i dru\u017eenja, kreativne smo. Mnoge \u017eene osje\u0107aju da su u svom &#8216;najboljem izdanju&#8217;. Preporu\u010duje se rad na va\u017enim poslovnim zadacima i vje\u017ebanje zahtjevnijih fizi\u010dkih aktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Ovulatorna<\/strong>&#8211; vrijeme ovulacije. Traje 3-4 dana. To je vrijeme kada je jajna stanica iza\u0161la iz jajnika u jajovode i spremna je za oplodnju. Tada \u017eena posebno sjaji, osje\u0107a se dobro i poletno. Prirodno smo otvorenije za druge i za nove ideje. I dalje je visoka razina estrogena. Raste razina FSH i LH. Tako\u0111er se preporu\u010duju vje\u017ebe visokog intenziteta poput HIIT-a, kru\u017enog treninga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Lutealna<\/strong>&#8211; &nbsp;traje 10- 14 dana. U ovoj fazi dominira progesteron. Vi\u0161e smo introvertne. Tri klju\u010dne stvari ju karakteriziraju: svjesnost, pa\u017enja i udobnost. Primje\u0107ujemo stvari koje do sada nismo. Prirodno se povla\u010dimo od vanjskih aktivnosti i sklonije smo razmi\u0161ljanju. Ovo je razdoblje procjenjivanja i promi\u0161ljanja, osvrtanja na ono \u0161to je stvoreno kao i na negativne i te\u0161ke aspekte na\u0161eg \u017eivota koje moramo promijeniti ili prilagoditi. Prirodno smo vi\u0161e u &#8216;dodiru&#8217; s onim \u0161to nam je najzna\u010dajnije u \u017eivotu. Podlo\u017enije smo suzama- no te su suze uvijek povezne s onim \u0161to nam je zaista va\u017eno. Preporu\u010duju se \u0161etnja, vje\u017ebe ni\u017eeg intenziteta i relaksacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Menstrualna<\/strong>&#8211; vrijeme mjese\u010dnice. Traje 4-7 dana. Pada razina progesterona. Osje\u0107a\u0161 da si umorna i da bi vi\u0161e odmarala, mo\u017eda osje\u0107a\u0161 bolove i napuhnutost.&nbsp; Stoga se preporu\u010da raditi laganije vje\u017ebe i pokrete poput istezanja, \u0161etnje, lagane joge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"color:#841530\"><strong>Prije ovulacije osje\u0107amo se vedro i optimisti\u010dno, tijekom ovulacije otvorene smo za druge, a nakon ovulacije (prije menstruacije) otvorene smo vi\u0161e k sebi i unutra.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-text-color\" style=\"color:#841530\">                                                                                                               Dr. Christiane Northrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>                                                                                                                    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hormoni imaju veliku ulogu za funkcioniranje tijela, pa mogu utjecati i na to kako se osje\u0107amo. Naravno na na\u0161e osje\u0107aje i raspolo\u017eenje utje\u010de jo\u0161 cijeli niz stvari od dnevnih navika i obaveza, uvjerenja, okoline. Me\u0111utim \u010dinjenica je da hormonalne promjene koje se de\u0161avaju unutar mjeseca, poti\u010du odre\u0111ena raspolo\u017eenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osobno, ova informacija mi je bila otkri\u0107e. Pitala sam se kako to da sam ponekad poletna, ide mi se van i dru\u017ei s ljudima, s lako\u0107om obavljam zadatke; a onda drugim danima mi se ne ide nigdje, umornija sam i \u017eelim biti sama. Saznav\u0161i ovo shvatila sam da je sve to normlno i da sam menstrualni ciklus na to utje\u010de. Prihvatila sam da je u redu tako se osje\u0107ati te da hormonalni procesi u na\u0161em tijelu doprinose promjenama raspolo\u017eenja i osje\u0107aja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navedene informacije su generalne preporuke. Mogu\u0107e je da \u0107e ponekad nekoj&nbsp; \u017eeni tijekom npr. lutealne i menstrualne faze odgovarati intenzivnije vje\u017ebe  i to je sasvim u redu. Isto tako, ponekad \u0107e nekoj \u017eeni tijekom folikularne i ovulatorne faze vi\u0161e odgovarati umjerene ili laganije vje\u017ebe jer u nekom periodu svoga \u017eivota ima zahtjevnije aktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitno je da ne idete protiv sebe i svojih granica.
